A Water Watcher is a responsible adult who agrees to watch the children in the water without distractions, socializing or use of their phone. Use this badge to make sure the Water Watcher knows who they are and is recognizable to other adults. When they are done with their shift they simply pass this badge to the next watcher. There should be someone designated to watch the water at all times.
